a pixel rendition of `zeroskyy.
this one was an experiment using some "dither" style-ing. it took me longer to create then i would have ever expected it to! i've been fooling around with some of these styles, like good 'ol "checkered-fills" and now i took a stab at some horizontal-like action. again, just playing around with pixel art. hopefully i'll try some more like these. (looking at stuff like this also pulled me into taking this direction as well.) hope it's to your liking, bro. --- the forum thread for this pixel-each-other project can be found right here. |

This is by far the best of the series you've done so far. The detail is exquisite, especially the work with the eye and the colours and contours of the face. The facial hair looks slightly odd, a little more stuck on then sticking out, but it still works rather well. Perhaps the hat may curve a little too far down on the left side and the shadowing over the right eye is a bit overpowering, but beyond that this is excellent. Truly great work ^halfliquid.

creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes;
art is knowing which ones to keep.

That's awesome, halfie! Very realistic work, definitely worth the extra effort and time spent.
