Happy Easter
Have a good one! I wish all your family and friends well.
And check out this rather cute Skittles commercial featuring a singing bunny that quickly turns out not to be the bargain the fellow was hoping for!

I went to see it again for the second time in theaters, which is a rare occurrence for me. (I think last time around this happened it was for the ROTK.) To be honest, I was supposed to go to a car show and not a screening but when you see a line wrapping around the block, you know, the cars just seemed a little less interesting? Note to self: buying tickets? Do it online!
Anyway, super movie. I loved the way it was filmed. Hearing complaints about it having a weak story. Can't vouch for that. It stayed true to the graphic novel. Frank Miller gets another nod from me.
More of a big screen experience than a rental if you ask me. Of course I'd still love to get my hands on the DVD for the behind-the-scenes and making-of!
Grindhouse
Also saw this the other day. Cool. It bombed though. PS: I love Quentin Tarantino but Planet Terror > Death Proof. Death Proof just dragged at parts. QT is known for his long conversations shots but, oh my, it just didn't seem to fit after Planet Terror, which was showed first and is off-the-walls actiony and silly.
Rental if you do not dig the old exploitational movie stuff.

This place
Smells minty.
Ahh
Ahh. Good old dA. How's everyone doing?
Inception
Inception is Super
Leave it to Nolan to not only make the greatest superhero movie of all time (Dark Knight, duh!), but arguable the best Sci Fi movie of all time to go along with it. To explain anything about the film story-wise would spoil certain elements. I think the best way to go into the thing is to not know a single thing about it.
Start is a little slow, though it picks up and never stops half-way through. Only one guy left to the bathroom in a packed theater in Manhattan. That never happens. There were only a rare, few bits where I'm the CGI was evident. Though it wasn't distracting enough to ruin the movie and happens early on.
Oddness
Hrmm
Pure, unadulterated oddness.
